Slightly updated design of this OC  Tempest by Autumn-Dreamscape

I've still yet to come up with a name that i'm happy with (call her tempest for now..) :p but I can say I think I'm rather pleased with the design changes :D

practically 4:30 in the morning so I'll update description after some sleep :,) ,
